Aged in oak barrels, it’s a wine with strong organoleptic characteristics where the sensations of ripe red fruits prevail. The scent is intense, with aromas reminiscent of blackberry and plum. The taste is full and important. The color is red with full tones. Wine recommended with important second courses of red meat and well-matured cheeses.

Barbera of Asti DOCG
Wine obtained from careful vinification, it has an intense ruby color that tends to garnet red with aging. The aroma is characteristic of Barbera, due to the strong personality of the vine, while the flavor is dry with a delicate hint of wood. The gastronomic pairing is very versatile and accompanies well a whole meal. It should be served with great care at the temperature of 18-20 °C by uncorking the bottle a few hours before.

Dolcetto of Acqui DOC
Typical and highly prized red wine, with a strong and harmonious character, unique in its image, its aromas and fullness. It is a wine linked to the history of the Malfatti family and deeply linked to the traditions of the territory. It is a wine for the whole meal that goes well with cured meats, Piedmontese appetizers, white and red meats steamed. At the table it should be served at a room temperature of 16-18 °C.
Gavi DOCG
Winemaking takes place according to traditional practices designed to give the wine its peculiar characteristics. The wine thus obtained has a straw color and a dry, tasty flavour fresh and harmonious. At the table it should be served fresh at a temperature of 8-10 °C. It’s excellent as an aperitif and goes elegantly with garlic lean appetizers and fish dishes.
Langhe Arneis DOC
The Arneis vine, whose origins are lost in the mists of time, has been cultivated since ancient times in the hilly and sandy soils of the Langa. This wine is straw white in color with greenish reflections. It has an intense and fresh scent; dry and delicate flavour. Its dominant characteristics, more or less accentuated depending on the vintage, are fresh hay, apple, almond, pineapple. Served at around 10°C, it is a good aperitif and goes well with light starters, soups such as creams and veloutés, and fish dishes.
Piemonte Cortese DOC
Fresh, pleasant and with a harmonious, fine flavor and delicate. It goes well with lighter dishes, fish and white meats. For its liveliness it is much appreciated between meals, excellent as an aperitif. It should be consumed young and served fresh at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
Barbaresco DOCG
Garnet ruby colour, with light garnet nuances. Intense aromas of ripe cherries with complex notes of minerals, tea leaves and rose petals. Severe and ripe tannins, fresh acidity and round, feminine structure. This Barbaresco demonstrates incredible finesse, excellent balance and long, persistent finish.
Langhe Nebbiolo DOC
It has a brilliant ruby red color which fades with ageing. Its scent is delicate, fruity and reminiscent of raspberry and violet. With a dry flavour, which with refinement becomes soft, velvety and with good persistence. It goes very well with red meat dishes, game and roasts. Excellent with meat barbeque.
Barolo DOCG
With a garnet red color and orange reflections, the ethereal and pleasant scent is intense. Its flavor is austere but velvety, robust and harmonious. Elegant and with sweet and soft tannins. Good with red meat dishes, game and hard or mature cheeses. Very recommended with truffle foods.

Spumante Extra Dry
It comes from the grapes of the same name produced on the hills and the neighboring Treviso plain. Strictly white vinification of healthy and ripe grapes, refrigeration and cleaning of the must, temperature-controlled fermentation, low-temperature conservation of the still sweet wine. These treatments allow this sparkling wine to maintain that typical fruity aroma that would otherwise vanish. Perlage: subtle and persistent. Color: pale straw yellow, shiny. Smell: intense, with a characteristic fruity aroma. Taste: fresh, harmonious, inviting. Serve at 6-7 °C.

This young red sparkling wine is produced from one of the oldest Piedmontese vines, obtained through careful sparkling process of the grapes harvested in the most suitable areas. Thus was born this excellent red sparkling wine with a fruity and pleasant flavor that expresses a pleasant harmony of sensations on the palate. The slightly musky scent accompanied by a delicate compendium of flowers and the fine and persistent perlage express a modern and elegant sparkling wine. It should be drunk moderately chilled.

Coming from the careful vinification of selected Moscato grapes grown on rolling hills. It is a wine of great tradition with a characteristic aromatic flavour, a fine and persistent bouquet reminiscent of the grapes from which it comes. Excellent with all festive occasions, it should be consumed young and served at a temperature of 6-8° C.
